Kalytera currently runs natively on Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+. Linux support is planned for a future release. A mobile companion app is available for Android and iOS.

A free 4-camera Community edition is available for download at no cost. Paid editions (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) are available on request and add more cameras, analytics, alarms, maps, and I/O control.

Use the support ticket form to submit a bug report. Please include your operating system, Kalytera version, and steps to reproduce the issue.

Log into your account, go to My Licenses, and upload the fingerprint file exported from your Kalytera admin panel. Once the fingerprint is matched, you can download your .lic file and place it in the Kalytera configuration folder.

Yes. Back up your database and configuration files, then restore them on the new machine. If you have a hardware-locked license, contact support to re-issue it for your new server fingerprint.
